But a long car chase through NYC, bullets flying and never once is another vehicle on the road? And after they stop, Russo puts the car between him and the bad guys while they are shooting at each other and the kid is sitting in the back seat? She should be riddled with bullets.

Like that was just awful.

I have enjoyed the Reacher novels although I stopped after he handed it off to his brother. Fortunately I can't remember the plots at all when watching the show.
