The optimist in me thinks that 4 out of 6 days of Kylington's Conditioning loan are over.
Unlikely there's a connection, and I believe getbak/Freeway mentioned that Kylington can stay down as long as he wants, until he plays 3 games, and he can request to play up to 2 more games after that.
So yeah, likely either Gilbert is feeling better, and it's a way to save cap-space. If another D gets injured while in CGY, they would likely have enough time to file an emergency recall.
