You’re right, but where I think there’s a differentiation is Nylander can easily play in the first line and he makes his own plays while playing hard. There’s some risk but he fits in well on that team. I don’t think on a championship you want him as your first option but on the Leafs he’s interchangeable as his skill and work ethic are there. I totally agree too that Nylander is in a great spot on the leafs and it shows in his point production. I do think you would see a significant drop off in points if he were to be put on the first line, even with his skill and work ethic. I don’t believe it would be as significant of a drop as Huberdeau however.
