Chalk it up as on off day for Francis Charron who usually calls a solid game.
Ghislain Hibert, on the other hand, has no business being in the league and year after year is graded as one of the poorest performing referees…so no surprise he was terrible. Only thing keeping him around is the union. 14 seasons in the League and has never made the playoffs: the new Dean Morton.
