I can understand not seeing a junior player in person and trying to catch some glimpses of him when not all games are televised, but when a particular guy is an NHL pro, what's seeing him for one game in person going to do? You have loads of televised tapes to review, what's one game in person influencing your decision to trade or not trade for him?

Because on tv the cameras focus on the action. At a game, you can focus ont he player - what does he do when he's out of the play? hOw does he interact with his teammates? What does he look like on the bench - is he engrossed in the game, or just kind of chilling?
