This kind of does it. If you have gone a long time since Vaccination it could give you some impression on if you have antibodies to COVID.

Vaccination shouldn't impact that, as antibody tests normally test for antibodies for the N protein, which you only produce after an infection (vaccines target the spike protein). Though if someone was infected a long time ago, their antibodies might not be detectable.
