Depends on the effort you want to go through. Easiest would be take the entire thing to brick bin and see what they pay. Second, would be to sell by the pound. I can't remember what the going rate is. Most difficult would be trying to piece together the sets and sell them used, might not get much more than by the pound for that (depending on the sets of course). Star wars stuff could be worth something if it has some of the rarer mini-figs.
