I would argue Markstrom is having his bounceback. Especially with his recent play post hand injury.
Now 16th in league with goals saved above expected. Just above Sorokin and just below Ullmark.

Although I have not seen stats to back it up. The key for Markstrom is to not overplay him. Having Vanacek or Schmid as a capable backup insures that for NJ.
One of Vladar or Markstrom has to go before next season. Makes no sense to keep Wolf in AHL another year. He needs starts to build his NHL game.
