It depends entirely if Marky will waive and especially if the Flames ownership is ready to throw in the towel, as Marky is keeping the Flames relevant these days.

I would anticipate that no good young players are part of the return. I would assume a combination of draft picks, prospects not on the team, plus whatever cap dump they need to make it work (if they need it). I don't think that they would want to create a hole in their lineup.
I think that pretty much goes for all trades to any contending team - teams will not want to part with players that are contributing today, unless they need to make salaries work.
