Its impossible for provincial governments to present a functioning plan on what to do with the health care system when they have to deal with super high immigration numbers.
As an example I am optimistic about what the NDP can accomplish here in Manitoba, but they've been put into a terrible position because of the stupidity of the outgoing PC government who was basically corrupt, and the fact that Manitoba is not a rich province, has to deal with a bunch of issues with the Natives, but because of our low cost of living compared to other provinces, we have get more immigrants than our system can handle.
Canada is screwed because starting from the Feds, nobody is taking these issues seriously. We are not a serious country looking for serious solutions.
