Lowest common denominator of an undereducated population I guess. I always thought idiocracy would become a documentary...but didn't expect it to play out like this.
Also, diaper baby and poop pants won't work...its childish and doesn't really stick to his character fundamentally. The same way that old Biden doesn't work. Sleepy Joe works because it is an expectation of doing nothing - which attacks at the core of leadership and helps lock in people's confirmation bias, even though he has been one of the most productive presidents in the last 60 years.
For Trump the confirmation bias needs to be that every time he lashes out its a confirmation that he is going senile to be effective. Otherwise, his rants will continue to he unchallenged click bait getting his base riled up...
