If there is a taker for Kadri now, I say you move him.
It was hard not to notice Kadri in the last half of last season for all the wrong reasons. This past off-season, most of us posters looked at him as negative value contract. Was that simply silly short-sighted perception? Possibly. Possibly not. I would feel a lot better moving him out asap simply because it would appear that the Flames are not about to be competing for a cup while Kadri is still a capable centre. With nothing left to play for, will Kadri revert to 'useless Kadri' again like last season, killing any ability to move his deal in the off-season?
I doubt he gets moved until the off-season anyway (if at all), but just saying that the risk of being stuck with his deal (compounding the Huberdeau deal) is a risk that should be removed at any opportunity.
