This team has never gone out and just paid for a good coach like Deboer or Cassidy. It's either cheap nobodies or a coach from the owners past. We refused to give Mitch Love a chance after two good AHL seasons and went with Huska who has no pro head coaching success at all.

During Treliving's tenure, which is...lets call it 'inauspicious at best' we have had 2 coaches who have won the Jack Adams.
Granted, he chose neither of them.
But still. What more do you want from coaches?
At some point the evidence has to convince people to look in a different direction otherwise we may as well re-brand this to 'Flat Earther Puck' and direct our energies elsewhere.
