Hard for me to say because I was very familiar with the Von Erichs and years ago watched the 3 hour "The Triumph & Tragedy of WCCW" documentary that involves the family for a bulk of that. Going in I was very interested in how they would tell the story.
I saw an episode of Efron hosting his travel show and that changed my opinion on him, seemed very personable and likeable. That being said I haven't seen any of the stuff he did when he was a kid, the musicals, etc.
The soundtrack is great, the look and feel of the 70s, I liked the casting. It's about the love the brothers had for eachother first and how they supported eachother and then about how a demanding father can push kids to achieve but there is a dark side to that.
