I just noticed this. Looking at the NFL page of CNNSI:

• Skins players defend Vick on dog fighting
• Owners to pick Super site, perhaps trim draft
• Agent claims Bengals' Henry drug test clean
• Patriots re-sign veteran Seau | MORE PATS
• Bengals waive LB Nicholson after charges
• CB Webster agrees to 1-year deal with Bills
• Staubach heads Cowboys' Super Bowl bid
• Kircus arrested for assault | MORE BRONCOS
• Jets' Pro Bowl KR Miller arrested for assault
• Culpepper practices | 'Fins don't want Ricky

So, do the players not believe that Goodell is serious?
10 headlines on Sports Illustrated's NFL page, and 5 of them are dealing with player "issues".
Does Goodell need wholesale suspensions before these players get the message? How many players are going to be suspended for the first few weeks of the season?

(If they are cut do any potential suspension come into effect when they are signed, or of they are cut for the first 4 games do those count against the suspension?)
