I had to think about it: I have the same number of liquor stores within 10 minutes' walk as convenience stores, but the liquor stores are located
ever so slightly closer to my house.
That is to say, pairs of liquor and convenience stores are located a few doors from each other, but the liquor stores are all closer to my house than their corresponding convenience stores.
