So either the price needs to be higher, or we need additional policies to work in tandem with it. Can’t imagine Danielle Smith would be happy about either so her criticisms are pretty disingenuous IMO. Just more red meat for the base.

If the carbon tax isn't high enough to make the required change then make it higher. Having the Feds picking and choosing who gets to make the emissions only makes things less efficient.
