I've always been an advocate for Darryl. Before he was hired, when he was hired, the entire time he was coach, and now that he's ex-coach. Sorry my consistent opinion of the guy thoughtout the years is too much?
Now, we're stuck with the absolute worst anchor of a contract in NHL history for the next 8 years.

But, I love that the Flames are trending towards a top 5 pick. I absolutely trust that Conroy and Co is gonna do the right thing and trade absolutely everyone and anyone they can and build through the draft with our incredible amateur scouting staff, and I also am very excited about retooling with Pelletier/Zary/Pospisil/Coronato/etc.. as the veteran prospects leading the new charge.
I have plenty of optimism and hope for this team thank you very much.
And honestly, Jiri, I've had more than enough interactions over my time on here and the CPHL that I'm a little hurt
but I forgive you and still like you (and love the Flames despite you saying otherwise <3)
