I've seen at new horizon mall before along with the fish pan. Inexpensive online too.
You need some type of propane flame or gas stove to use it. I haven't seen electric bubble waffle pans except on Amazon, but not sure how electric works because you need to create a crust on one side, flip it and let it drop and create the crust on the other side (hence creating a bubble vs a solid waffle).
A hot pot gas stove works in a pinch. A higher BTU top is better if available. Because higher heat means crispier bubble waffles. Preheating is key to avoid the waffle being soggy and deflated vs crisp. Theory wise, similar to Yorkshire pudding (hot pan to crisp outside, moist inside vs soggy throughout if using cold pan).
