Well, the Flames totally failed to come from behind tonight. In fact, I don't think they got a single shot on goal when they were trailing. Pathetic effort.
But hey, what can you expect? Look at who their most effective players were. A guy Boston gave up on waivers, a guy who was a healthy scratch for New Jersey, and some AHL schlub with a Z in his name. I've said it before and I'll say it again, you can't play hockey if you have a Z in your name (unless your name is Gretzky).
I still can't believe Conroy was dumb enough to trade Tyler Toffoli for a healthy scratch. He should be fired, rehired at a lower salary, and fired again, just for that.
