Download, install and update a virus scanner. Run it.
A free and good scanner is AVG.
After scanning with AVG do an online scan from trendmicro.com.
Download, install and update a couple different spyware scanners. Run them.
Good spyware scanners are Adaware and SpyBot.
It seems like a bit much but I'm not their to take a look at your computer myself, nor do I know how proficient you are with doing some of the things I would do, so scanning umpeen million times should help you out. If not, take it into a shop and pay an arm and a leg.
