I switched to Finasteride in 2016 and haven't regretted it. I know there are some people who have had some adverse effects, but I haven't notice. The hair in the thinning area has thickened a bit and there hasn't been any evidence of further loss.
I noticed a lot of new ads on podcasts for things like "Keeps" and "Nutriful" etc. which i understand are just pretty packages for Finasteride products sold at a premium. For 120 days of generic finasteride, its like 20 bucks and can be covered by Insurance (if you pick the generic 5mg and cut it into quarters)
On to the topic.
My brother is considering transplants. He is going for a consult in Calgary and i can let you know what the costs were here. I belive it's 10-15 grand. I understand you can go to Turkey for less than 5k
