I thought the whole aging thing was overrated and then almost like a switch turned off at 46 everything fell apart. I went from black hair to salt and pepper hair overnight, got prostate issues, started getting tendonitis from lifting weights. Now in my early 50's I can't play a few hours of tennis without significant shoulder and arm pain as just this year alone I've had ruptured calf and forearm tendons which are firsts for me. None of this stuff ever happened in my first 46 years and now I have to do a lot more stretching and preventative stuff that I got away without doing for most of my life.
Ha well my jet black hair has slowly been abandoning me in the last decade (to grey, at least there's still lots of it...), so aging gets a win on me there.

I know I'm still young-ish, I think my point was more that everyone has different lived experiences. There's guys in there 30's that feel like crap, and there's guys in their 50's or older who feel pretty great.
