Nursing is recession proof, high pay, OT capability, etc. Not all negatives.
But we can't expect nurses to be able to function working repeat 80+ h weeks with no time off constantly.

One problem no one is really talking about is the actual shifts. Not sure if it's the same everywhere (I suspect it is?), but it's 12 hour shifts and that isn't healthy with that level of stress either, especially when half the shifts are overnights
