Caribbean Drops. I just made them today as the Baroness told me I'm doing the baking this year. Fair enough, but she had to supervise as there are many tips the recipe doesn't include. She told me to keep it simple and stick to the drop and bake cookies.
I made Hermits last night. They have dates and pecans but you could sub/add coconut to the recipe.
