Tomlin has gotten the most of out those mediocre teams though. The problem with Tomlin is that he is a pretty good coach, they have needed to bottom out so they can get a QB and other high end talent, but the keep drafting in the high teens/low 20s because he keeps them in the 8-9/9-8 zone. They should have no problem trading him to another team, all of the NFC South teams, the Raiders, Chargers, Jets etc...would all kill for a coach like him. Either that or go all in for Cousins this offseason and give him a real QB instead of noddle armed Rapelisberger and little hands Kenny.
