No, I think he's not a good head coach, as evidenced by his body of work at that position.
The team is bad, and has played bad for 2/3 of the year. He has been unable to get them to do anything consistently. If they were at least consistent in some style of play, but we're still losing, you could say he is coaching them towards aomething. To have them go out and just run around looking terrible reflects on Huska. To make dumb deployment decisions two minutes into a scoreless game reflects poorly on Husky. To have a PP that is his bad, reflects poorly on Husky and Savard.
I don't expect him to magically make them better, but Jesus create some kind of identity.
