Zadorov's main issue is that he didn't play well enough when he was younger to get that long term contract. He definitely brings a lot for a #5, but he likely also has relatively short shelf life. Whoever offers him that 4+ year contract is likely making a mistake. They'll get a couple good playoff pushes out of him, with some big hits, but then quickly grow to regret the contract.
