Bush on the otherhand, I seriously doubt he had good intentions to begin with... but as far politics go, he is better at it than Carter was. It's hard to imagine others being able to survive what he has and still serve 2 full terms. He may have been "bad" and a little "stupid", but he was strong.

Carter was weak and that's why we had hostages in Iran for 444 days. The day Reagan was inaugurated they were released. Not a coincidence.
I'm sorry, he can be the greatest guy in the world and a really super human being...he doesn't get a 'nice try, we know it's a tough job' free pass from me.
