The lawsuit was not expected to impede the start of construction though. Pretty much every public infrastructure project up for plebiscite in the states is subject to some form of litigation.

That said, I do not have a whole ton of confidence in the Meruelo group on a host of fronts. But I'm also not going to make assumptions on what will and won't happen until we see significant deviation from the path the league set out over the summer.
