I'm not sure about Frank's sources, but LeBrun didn't even have the Coyotes as a major topic of discussion in his BoG roundup today. The location doesn't actually constantly change because there hasn't been a location concretely selected yet, they've been considering a number of them in the wake of the Tempe failure. We're getting to the point where they're making that selection.

Well the point is they can say whatever they want, they haven’t proven to be very reliable at all. I wouldn’t use the word “concrete” around anything they say.
Is there any reporting of their actions outside of their own press releases and media comments?
