I didn't see the puck change direction, and would be surprised if it gets taken away from him.

I hate losing to the Canucks. They are not a contender, but they do have their crap together this year.

Flames are a fun team to watch and are the most resilient that I have seen in years, and that's always great to see. It makes the team exciting, and it makes the games entertaining. Rebuild or retool or whatever, this has to be a core identity of the team. Huska has them playing well now.

That's the thing for me. I have watched Huska's pressers after losses, and it is night and day different than Ward's pressers. Ward didn't seem to have any answers, and Huska usually had an insightful remark to make. I think he is on his way to becoming a pretty good coach in this league. I really didn't like Treliving firing Troy Ward and putting Huska in, but that's a move that is paying off (though, maybe Troy Ward would have been a strong coach now too? Who knows?).

Z didn't do anything stupid out there trying to prove something, so there's that. I don't like him any longer that he is on the Canucks, but I don't have to hate him (too much).

Let's see how the Flames bounce back from this Tues vs the Wild. Wild seem to be on the new coach bump. That 'easier' game in the schedule (relative to the other games) doesn't look like it will be easier.
