Would Tanev take a shorter term extension here, given the hard miles on his body and his age? I wonder.

I don't have any kind of gauge on his feelings on the team and city (because he handles that stuff like a pro). Is he a player that you could rent to a contender and then re-sign in the offseason? I wouldn't be opposed to that.
