Missed stoppage of play reviews need to have a statute of limitations... Basically, if the missed stop happened like 20 seconds or more before the goal, it is no longer reviewable. It should only be reviewable if it just happened. Something happening 40 seconds ago is on the defending team to clean up in that time...
