1) There harassment can be extremely bad and not *technically* criminal or be able to be prosecuted because of various barriers and challenges in the system.
2) I really think the emotions were about wearing the rumor about family of the team and cheating etc.
3)Considering their recent history the Hawks are going to take any sort of bad workplace behavior extremely seriously. As should all teams. Maybe 15 years ago you give a tongue lashing, but it probably should have been more then imo.
