If I can still enjoy a Picasso or Gaugin painting despite knowing how they were in their private lives, I can still enjoy the achievements and accomplishments of great athletes or artists. As long as it's not illegal, do what you want privately. No need to be such a puritan.
And to be clear, you don't need to condone or love what someone does privately, but it's also none of your ####ing business, so let it go.
