I can't imagine there is an infidelity or sleeping with another player mom's clause.
I have to think it was more inline with hazing, very heated fighting with coaching/management, really off-colour comments, drug use or not showing up to mandatory activities.

The fact it was with a guest on a mom's trip organized by the team might be an issue. Or maybe some behaviour around it.
Or it's something else.
