The Devils are #1 at 32.26%. Imagine what the Flames would like if they had 3x as many Power Play goals.

TBL and VAN have 25 and 24 PP goals, and are net 24 and 23, respectively

The Flames have 8, but are net 4.

On a net basis (factoring shorties against), they have 6 times as many. TBL has 20 more goals, net, in 22 games. Imagine adding a goal per game to the Flames!
