I’m actually okay with us eating a bit of salary if it raises the price or makes it happen. We can do a 2-3 year window with a youth-heavy movement, take on salary and useful players (Monahan) to contenders. But every game Markstrom plays well we get closer to it. Just really want to keep us having as much cap space as possible. Kadri and Huberdeau are playing well again, so I’m okay with them staying and eventually/hopefully having some success with the new players. All of a sudden it’s exciting around here.
