I don’t know he is 25 and still has upside but if the Flyers are in a rebuild and land a top 10 pick. Skinner and Hart are the same age and have similar career numbers albeit Hart has 3x as many games and is having a much better season this year.
If Hart doesn’t turn the Oilers around they could be getting a franchise Dman with that pick and Skinner might end up being as good or in a similar tier as Hart. If there is little to no protection I think it is a trade the Flyers might look at.
