I always thought Hart was a pretty average goalie. I'd even argue bottom of the league when it comes to starters. Admittedly I don't watch the Flyers often, and Hart has okay numbers so far this season, but that Oilers first can be a pretty high pick. Especially if PHI is considering staying the course for a rebuild.
