I'm guessing there wasn't too much actual fighting in there since Hamas probably cleared out most of the important stuff/soldiers after Israel announced it publicly as a target. Not to mention the IDF took a day+ between when they announced finding the blast door to the tunnels/bunker and saying they got inside. This isn't Hama's only base of ops or the only exit out with how extensive the tunnel network under Gaza is. Probably abandoned and all IDF did was was cleared out booby traps and a couple of Hamas stragglers that were left behind.
