It's not that I disagree with him about the balls but I think balls play a very small role as the culprit of most wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries is is a cumulation of stiff racquets, poly strings, and the repetition and grind of being a tour player today. Players love poly strings because they can take massive cuts at the ball and it stays in the court because the strings are hard and less lively than gut and synthetic strings. Taking massive cuts at balls on a daily basis with hard poly strings is going to take its toll on your body.
