How has this escaped notice?
It seems almost unbelievable to me that Dave Gagner could have the inside track to be Holland's replacement, but now I want more than anything for this to happen.
If you don't know, former NHL player Dave Gagner is also Sam Gagner's dad. Since retiring, he spent two years as an assistant coach for the London Knights, and then he went to work in player development for the Vancouver Canucks between 2008–13. After leaving Vancouver, he ended up working for the Orr Hockey Group—the same agency that represents McDavid.
I would ordinarily not think that this is very likely, but given what has transpired over the past year with McHobo's former agent Jeff Jackson in charge, given that he was a close associate of Gagner's at the he Orr Group for several years, and given that he just hired a head coach with McDumbass connections that he is also very close to I am starting to think that this could be an amazing possibility.
Please, let this happen.
