It all depends on the extent to the rebuild/retool/reset. I don’t think the strip it to the studs group is going to get what they want. I could see this being considered a bit of a lost season and they will move 3 of their top 5 Dmen and number 1 center with the hopes of adding young players, and draft picks. They likely will have a pick in the top 10 and possibly 2 other draft picks in the first round. They may also have assets to pull off a Hamilton style move where they acquire a young RFA and have the flexibility to give that individual a big money deal and run a much younger team next year with the hopes of competing for a playoff spot.
If Andersson does want out he likely fetches the biggest haul. The worst thing this team can do is hold onto or extend their group of free agents.
