The words "Ruzicka" and "play with jam" have never been uttered by a single individual until this post.
Say what you will about Huberdeau's production (which is still 3rd on the team BTW), but he's involved in plays and battles. Can't say the same thing about Ruzicka. He's still got an issue with moving his feet and using his body to get pucks. I keep hoping for something different year after year, but this is just who he is, and it's why he'll always be a fringe NHLer.
I hope Duehr's stint in the press box reminded him of how he got into the NHL. Speed and forechecking, with some skill and shooting the puck when he gets a chance. He's been very passive all year and is in danger of losing his spot unless he brings that assertive play again.
