Take a dead trout, put it in out it in a box for 72 hours make sure you pack the box full of that packing popcorn and the fish is well concealed, leave box in a shadded semi warm area preferably outside. Place note in box that says "People who welch on hockey pools make me want to wretch" wrap up box nice and neat, send it to friend via courier with a dummy name on it.
