One for one sounds great but in reality why would the Jackets entertain it? The Flames would love nothing more than Huberdeau to all of a sudden become good again but in reality I am sure they would love to rid themselves of that deal.

Because both players are underperforming their contracts and maybe a swap would bring both back up to their expected totals? Also, Columbus have more speedy/creative players that Huberdeau could potentially work with. They already know Gaudreau isn't working out there, just as we already know Huberdeau isn't working out here.
