Hold strong Conroy. Teams will step up and pay the price. He has the opportunity to set the market. Take back salary dumps and retain salary to maximize returns. Prioritize draft picks as the returns.
If Conroy can come out of this season with at least 2 first round picks and 3 second round picks in exchange for trading trading Lindholm, Hanifin, Zadorov, and Tanev… I would consider that a decent return if none of them come with a contract extension. Would be great to get some top prospects too but those are always harder to pull from teams.
If Andersson is being traded, I would hope for a large return. There is no pressure to trade him at this point so the return needs to be an over-pay. 1st round pick + top prospect at the very least.
