Make 3 v 3 10 minutes. Bring back tie. A 10 min 3 on 3 would almost assuredly end sooner than that. If no team was able to get 2 points beyond OT, no team would play for it outside of a team actually only needing 1 point for some reason, which would be very rare. Maybe make the win worth 3 and a draw worth 1 just to boost it.
